The difference between a professional photographer and an amateur like me is that a professional plans each shot. He explores the area, knowing which plants have which colors in every season. He knows the times of sunrise and sunset. If it doesn't fit, he returns to the landscape he wants to photograph as many times as necessary until everything fits: the season, the time, the position of the sun, the weather, and the position. He takes several shots. He doesn't have to edit any photographs, although some do. On the other hand, there's someone like me who took a camera by chance and shoots whatever he likes when he sees it. I came to a place where fog rushed by like a fast train close to a mountaintop. The wind unveiled the landscape for a few minutes, so I took some pictures. I couldn't take any more; it was freezing on that mountain, and my fingers got stiff. I hope to go back when there is more greenery or when it's covered in snow. Half an hour later, all the fog had disappeared.
