One week of work on the short movie didn't go very far. The secondary animation of Shaniqua Chulavista is progressing very slowly, so this work will be paused for a week. During this time the last page for the Melissa comix "Panty Shot", page 4, will be continued. Both works, the Melissa comix and the short movie will be done alternately after one week.

Thanks to XnViewMP (freeware, but still buggy) I was able to rename all the wrong "Britina" files in one go, and can only hope that these were the only files with wrong names. Case closed for now.

To Platinum users (currently only).
I have just discovered that some files in the "Platinum" folder have been renamed or are missing. The Secret Lair is based on jAlbum software, which creates the entire gallery on my PC and then transfers the files to the server. This means that if any changes were made and not by me, they could only have been made on my PC. I didn't do it, so it must have been done by someone else, or some really weird and bad bug in the program.
I call this the "Britina hack" because many pictures now have "Britina" in the filename. Not funny.
Fixing this will take a lot of time. I'll check older backups, maybe it'll go faster, but I have no idea when this happened.
I have a firewall, but I can't say how well or badly it works.
Sorry this happened, I'm working on it.
For zooming in and out and panning shots I needed help and found it in Pencil2D, a freeware for 2D animations. The main application for editing this project is Shotcut, freeware as well. I will have to check the sounds again later on, my headphones are broken, in time after two years of use.
The finished short movie will be available in 2k, 4k and 8k, Platinum supporters can check out the progress in the WIP folder or here.
Currently I'm still testing, but you can already take a look at the beginning here, in 2k (this link is valid only temporary). When the movie is finished, I will release it a month later in 720p.
The movie is in progress, but it looks like it's going to be a huge project. So far I have 28 scenes (more a short movie than an animation) and it's uncertain if there will be more. I will need 6 backgrounds and an additional animation (with Shaniqua Chulavista) borrowed from an American Dragon: Jake Long episode.
I already made a music track for the TV show that Kim will watch, just some rhythm and a guitar solo, all for free, found on the internet.
There will be some original voices from the KP show starring Ann and Kim, which took some work to get. When you watch the KP series, you hardly realize how much music is in there, and it usually spoils the pure text, or the dialog comes so fast that it's hard to separate them.
I always complained about the AI (which is slowly killing me), but there is an AI for just this case. You just record the original voice speaking the text you want to get, even if there's noise and/or music in the background, and the AI separates that file into a pure speech file and another file with the noise and music. It doesn't work in all cases, especially there are still problems with "human sounds" like "uuhh" or "argh" combined with sounds and music. Whether I will be able to combine all this correctly, we will see. I had to use the original texts from the series, because the AI services that create a KP voice from text or your own voice are not free. I can't afford it.
Now I have to figure out how to proceed. Either I will divide the working day into two halves, one for the movie project, one for the next comic, or I will stop the movie after two weeks and continue alternately.
