There is no further information if anything was ever done about the copyright infringement on eBay. Neither PhillipThe2 has received a response from eBay, nor have I received any information from Disney Corp. as to whether they have done anything, or if they plan to do anything.

So eBay makes money by letting someone sell copyrighted material. I can only guess why Disney hasn't done anything, and it's not helpful.

The only thing I could do is hire a lawyer in the UK, but that would cost more than it is worth, or I could afford. That's the thing about doing NSFW stuff: You're out there alone in the cold...

It's been 12 days since PhillipThe2 informed eBay about a copyright violation. Someone is offering on eBay (GB) a print of KP, made by PhillipThe2, based on a work file of mine, based on Disney's Kim Possible. PhillipThe2 and I would never offer to sell any of the work we create. Until now nothing happened, that guy is still making bucks with this.

Now I called the Disney Corp. about this case. Let's see how long it will take now. It can of course happen that Disney says it's not a Disney print, but fan art and the creator should take care of it himself. This would be typical of my proverbial bad luck in life.

I'm sorry, but I can't stand it when someone makes money off other people's work. I live in poverty and I have to ask myself, how long can I exist and others benefit? Let's wait and see. I'll keep you posted.

I received information that someone on eBay is selling "Waifu beauty custom cards" for GGP 10.00 (about US$17.38) with a work made by PhillipThe2 [Kim053g] and me [Orgy001_KP]. The logos have been removed, no one asked PhillipThe2 or me.

I want to make it clear that I am not selling anything! The reason is simple, the characters I use are copyrighted material. If I did, I'd get in big trouble with the Disney Corporation (and other companies), and it's pointless to ask for their permission because I make (mostly) NSFW stuff, they make only SFW stuff.

The reason I don't get sued is that under US law (my server is in the US) parodies are allowed as long as I don't take money for them. My work is free. My supporters want more of it and keep me alive by supporting me, what I get from them is my only income.

So this "waifu beauty custom card" is a copyright infringement against the Disney Corporation, PhillipThe2 and me.

PhillipThe2 has reported this case to eBay, I hope that eBay will react in a timely manner.

If you want a print of any of PhillipThe2's or my work, just copy the file to a USB stick and go to a local print shop, it's even cheaper depending on the size you want.
